We’re launching the TW3 Development Programme for managers and staff to give you the confidence to choose where, when and how you work to deliver the best service to our customers. You’ll be supported through learning and development opportunities to help you get the most from our new technology and modern way of working.
At the recent Chief Executive Briefings, John Hooton said: “TW3 is not just a move to Colindale. We’re changing the way we work in terms of technology; and agile and flexible working will improve the quality of the services we provide to residents. For some, this will be an evolution of how you currently work, for others it may be quite different.”
Manager training for The Barnet Group and select pilot groups starts mid-May. All staff will attend a specifically designed course, from June onwards. We’re investing in developing staff, and this training marks the start of a series of opportunities being rolled out over the year.
Half-day training sessions will be held at the RAF Museum in Colindale, where you can park free of charge, or walk from Colindale Tube station. Multiple dates are available to choose from and will be emailed to you soon. The Barnet Group’s training for managers in May is being co-ordinated by the TBG L&D team; staff will receive direct information regarding this.
