While we’re currently working with consultants to determine the best use of space in Colindale and in the process of parking procurement, there are ways we can start to prepare for the move now:
Bin, Scan, Store Days: Thanks to your feedback, the next clean-up ‘days’ will be a week-long to ensure everyone in your team has an opportunity to assess what you need to physically take to Colindale, what can be binned and what needs to be scanned so we’re more digital and agile.
Team Principles: Trialled in Adult Services, ‘Team Principles’, is a simple template to help you have a discussion as a team on how you will work now and into the future. The pilot has been very successful with 75% teams already completing their first drafts of principles. The template is designed to be a practical document to share good practice/housekeeping and consider welfare factors like keeping in touch, supporting each other, and not working in isolation.
TW3 Passport: Tying everything together is the TW3 Passport, a checklist to provide clarity on all activities and responsibilities individuals / managers / teams will need to complete prior to the move, during the move and starting out in the new building.
