A new purpose-built office building located in the heart of the Colindale regeneration area (2 Bristol Avenue
NW9 4EW), gives us a direct stake in one of the largest regeneration projects happening in our borough and boosts the local economy.
The spacious build of 90,000sq ft, with eight floors with a modern, environmentally friendly design will be the base office for most of our people, the majority of the time.
The office will enable different types of working and better collaboration such as break out areas and booths in addition to traditional meeting rooms.
In addition to the increased number of break out areas to creating an inviting environment to collaborate in, the capacity will mean that everyone will be able to get a seat, not a traditional desk.
If you have specific requirements (e.g. reasonable adjustments or compliance) you will be provided with exclusive use of a desk & chair.
In addition to Colindale, some services and Partners use smaller office locations to provide specific services in certain parts of the borough – such as Oakleigh Road Depot, the East Hub for Family Services and a new hub near Colindale for the Print and Post teams. Some staff might also like to drop-in to places like Hendon Town Hall, local cafes and libraries to work remotely in between visits and meetings, saving travel time.
