New Facilities Management Portal now live
A brand new portal is now available for all staff to log any Facilities Management-related issues with the new office in Colindale. You will be required to login to the portal, using your current network username and password credentials.
To report any issues or problems with the new offices, you need to select ‘My Building’, followed by ‘Helpdesk’ on the drop-down list. This then takes you to a form where you can report building defects and other Facilities-related issues under specific categories.
The portal can also be used to log access pass requests on behalf of new starters (under ‘Access Pass Request’), and to log visitors to the building (under ‘Visitor Management’). A number of videos are available on the portal to assist with any queries on how to use the system.
