On your move day, teams will leave their current building and should be ready to work from the new Colindale office the following Monday.
The TW3 team and change champions are there to make the transition in to the new office as smooth as possible. Two new model offices have been installed at NLBP (outside the boardroom) and Barnet House (Room BH 1.1 on the first floor). Members of the TW3 team are there every weekday between 12 and 2pm to answer your questions and provide practical advice.
With move days starting from 26 April now is the time to start planning to move. Follow the Bin, Scan and Store advice that has been shared to minimise the things that need to be moved and stored in the new office. It may take more time than you think!
over the coming weeks, in line with the moves schedule, teams will also be briefed on the moves process and be issued with a Moves Checklist and further instructions to ensure the moves run smoothly.
Managers have been asked to notify the project team of any staff members that need their car to carry out their daily duties at work and those people will have access to parking close to the office. Your service lead will be able to tell you if you are on the list that has been agreed by Directors. More information about general transport and commuter parking can be found on the TW3 Microsite and at a special event to be held in the model office on the 2 April (NLBP) and in Committee Room 4 on the 4 April (Barnet House).
Have you been to a Staff Development Programme sessions?
Interactive training sessions have been designed to help you change the way you work, and make the best out of the new office, new technology and new ways of working. You can find out more about the training here. The next one is one taking place next Tuesday 26 March at the RAF Museum in the morning and afternoon.
