The TW3 Programme team, working together with our Disability Change Champion Group, have asked all line managers to complete a short survey on additional requirements for their teams.
We’re keen to ensure that the new building, equipment and ways of working are suitable for all staff. To do this we need up-to-date data on any disabilities, impairments or medical issues which are relevant.
We’ve had a fantastic response so far, and we’d like to remind managers that even if you don’t have any team members with additional needs, we’d still like to know via the survey by 6 July.
This information will be invaluable data for the programme so that we can work with you to proactively support your team members who require additional/modified equipment or space to perform their role. Please email the firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
